# Predictive Allocation

A new onchain primitive for continuous, cross-chain capital allocation and revenue distribution, rewarding stakers and LPs for positioning in anticipation of demand, not just in response to it.

Predictive Allocation means resources aren’t locked into underperforming pools for a full week. Capital finds its most productive use in real time.

When an allocation draws liquidity to a pool that then becomes productive, it’s net-positive for the entire ecosystem. The early allocator earns an outsized reward, and Aero gets a productive pool that may not have existed otherwise.

How it Works

## Earn revenue from the pools you allocate to

sAERO holders live-allocate AERO Rewards to liquidity pools and earn Exchange Revenue as it accrues, pool by pool, in real time. Allocations can shift every 48 hours at launch, subject to a cooldown period that shortens over time. When they do, returns redirect instantly.

Step 01

### Allocate AERO Rewards

sAERO holders (stakers) allocate AERO to liquidity pools. That AERO streams in real time as LP rewards, attracting liquidity to the pool.

Step 02

### Earn Exchange Revenue

As revenue accrues to the liquidity pool, 100% of it is streamed to stakers who are actively supporting the pool with AERO allocation.

Step 03

### Reallocate to Shift Earnings

At any time, subject to a cooldown period, stakers can choose to reallocate to a different pool. The moment allocation shifts, AERO begins streaming to the new pool and revenue share is recalculated.
